I'm not usually one to make New Year's resolutions but this year is different. So much is happening, our lives are changing so rapidly, the old normal no longer exists and we are faced with so many challenges, questions and fears for the future that I decided it's time for me to make a resolution that will help bring about change in our personal health care on the largest scale possible. And with you as my partners I know we can and will do it! My resolution needs all of us to commit to ourselves and then to everyone else. Together we will change the way healthcare is delivered and the way we participate in the system.

My epiphany came to me strangely enough through my understanding of hormones and their role in keeping us healthy when properly balanced regardless of age and gender.
