Top 10 Post Hysterectomy Tips

After Your Hysterectomy:

  1. Rest as much as possible. Do not run back to work. Even if you think you are better, you are not as resilient and need time to let your body heal.
  2. Eat as much protein as you can.
  3. Supplement with Ultraclear and lots of chicken soup and soy and miso.
  4. Do not eat or drink any hormone busters.
  5. Do not start aggressively exercising for at least 6-10 weeks.
  6. Do yoga, stretching, gentle breathing and posture improvement.
  7. Surround yourself with love and positive energy.
  8. Do not get aggravated.
  9. Ask for help from the people who want to give it to you with an open heart.
  10. Take the same supplements as before the surgery.
