Directions for use:
The mild symptom pack is best used by women who are experiencing mild PMS and peri menopausal mild symptoms. The usual age group for women who find this combination helpful is 16-35.
If you are outside the age range and have mild symptoms, you may still be able to use the pack.
If you still experience a menstrual cycle:
Apply the cream of 1 unit dose applicator to your inner wrists each morning beginning the 14th day after your period starts. Continue for 14 days.
Age Specific Supplements:
Take one packet daily with a mid-day meal and one glass of water.
