Directions for use:
The Moderate Symptom Relief Pack is best used by women with moderate symptoms of PMS, peri- menopause and menopause. The usual age group for women who find this combination helpful is 30-45. If you are outside this age range and experience moderate symptoms you may still be able to use the pack.
If you still experience a menstrual cycle:
Apply the cream of 2 applicators a day. One applicator to your inner wrists each morning and 1 every evening beginning the 14th day after your period starts. Continue for 14 days.
If you no longer experience your menstrual cycle:
Apply the cream of 2 unit dose applicators to your inner wrists each evening before bedtime for 4 weeks. Discontinue use for 1 week and then resume your daily dosage as directed. Continue 4 weeks on, 1 week off as needed.
Age Specific Supplements:
Take one packet daily with your mid-day meal and one glass of water.
