Recommendations for use:
Anytime you feel a cold or flu, a scratchy throat or muscle aches coming on, take 3 capsules twice a day for 5 days. Make sure you take vitamin C up to 5000 mg a day and drink lots of water, tea and sports drinks and protein supplementation and get plenty of rest.
When travelling, take Lactoferrin 2 capsules three time a day for two days before the trip and two days after to decrease the likelihood of getting a cold.
